I’m not asking about setting of different sidebars but sidebar design, how we can change the sidebar design (change the elements color, size, etc.)

To edit a sidebar there could be just 2 options:
1. DEFAULT – which means you need to access Appearance -> Widgets : https://i.imgur.com/OusVGC3.png
2. CLOUD – in this case, you need to edit with TagDiv Composer plugin:
