Hello, I can’t find the Mobile theme to install
\Newspaper\includes\plugins
There is no Mobile theme

If you do not have the mobile plugin, please go on themeforest login with your credentials and get the theme with all files.

Mobile version don’t load scripts.

Unfortunately there is no option to activate the mobile theme just for a some pages, is for the whole website.
