how do i edit the search page? It’s loading all the comments on my blog alongside the search results

I keep getting this error message “Empty response received from server.” everytime I try to access the Cloud library

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I deactivated the plugins, I deleted all the themes except the Newspaper X, and I’m still getting the same error message
I also couldn’t access the cloud library and got the error message “Empty response received from server.” I used the time machine and installed 10.3.2 again and it works again. Please let me know when i can update it to the latest version without this issue.
