I try tutorial in Google.
1. Htaccess
2. Instal Plugin cache ( W3 Total Cache, Autopmize, WP Fastest Cache) for compress Gzip. but nothing happen

Best you contact the hosting provider, they might have a recommended method or maybe a service to enable the compression. Some general instructions here
