How to get Discription, Thumbnail etc on facebook

Hi,

When I am trying to create a new post I am not sure where to put the description in this theme? ( which appreaer on google etc) plus I am using mashshare plugin and this plugin has an option to define what will show on facebook or any other social media as description but even using that I am not getting that. Just title coming along with category name etc. Please check this screen shot to know what I am trying to figure out. https://cl.ly/oTC4 and thumbnail is also coming on facebook.

I meant to say above why facebook thumbnail also not coming? the same problem is on google also. Where to define descriptions etc which will show in the search engine?

Need to add open graph tags for facebook.

Consider yoast seo, or all in on seo ,or similar plugin.
