How to get Medium Like post template on Newspaper Theme?

This site is based on Medium publication platform.

What post template is very similar to this look? Most importantly the the ‘content width’ is in the middle, not spreaded over the whole web-property. Kindly help me get similar look for my site posts.

Post template style 7 seems to be similar to the layout you mention. The sidebar can be disabled for posts as well. As for the post content width there is no default option to modify it. That could be done only by using some CSS. Like this for example (no sidebar used)

When a sidebar is used the post content width is 696px, and without a sidebar it is 1068px.
