Dear Newspaper community,
as many of you of course, I found these theme very creative and rich in functionalities!
Through “theme panel” as you know we can edit social buttons settings on a global level, BUT, please help!
How is it possible to hide them on a private category (inside a member area of the website) where we prefer to avoid social sharing of protected content urls?
We went inside CATEGORIES and opened the specific category but there’s no chance there.
Hope there’s a simple solution, thanks a lot for your help!

Hello,
I;m not sure what you mean since our theme has no sharing options for category pages. Only posts can have sharing options. Do you maybe mean the social counter plugin in the sidebar? You can create a custom category template using the cloud library plugin and set it for the particular categories you want to have the custom style on. how to remove the small social sharing buttons from every private post of a single category?
I’m referring to the following ones:
1. TOP ARTICLE SHARING
2. TOP ARTICLE LIKE
3. BOTTOM ARTICLE SHARING
4. BOTTOM ARTICLE LIKE
I found no option for this inside NewsPaper, neither inside the category (under LAYOUT SETTINGS)

Hope it’s clear now: I need to hide facebook button, telegram button, whatsapp button, pinterest button on all posts of a single category, BUT I want to keep these buttons on all other categories.
About social counter, I choose that this single category has NO sidebar, so they don’t appear.

Hi,
In order to hide the social sharing buttons from some post you’ll need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit the template with tagDiv Composer and remove the share buttons, after that set the templates on the post were you do not want to have the sharing buttons.

How to only disable Pinterest button from the Single Post Share on the post template? I see a row of buttons for all social networks. I also tried removing the “#” sign from theme panel > social networks, but that didn’t help.
