How to install new update of Newspaper ?

I have received today a message about a new Newspaper update. I have already the last version of WP.
I have downloaded the last version of Newspaper.zip
How can I do the update ?

Hi,

If I understand correctly you want to make a theme update, if is so please make first a full backup to your website and database.

Hi Rajvivan,

If you create a personal Token ( use the plugin ) this will be more easy.
