i would like to know how can I take of the thumbnail image when you click to read the article so only the gallery will show up .

Hi,
If you meant to not display the featured image in the post content before the gallery, you could use post template style 5 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/ which does not display the featured image in the post page.
