How To Remove: Blue hyperlinked line under menu

Hi,

On my home page I have a blue line running beneath my main menu which is hyperlinked to the home page if you click the blue box on the far most left of it: http://www.screencast.com/t/Y19EE1OVHOzD

How can I remove this?

Please edit the big slide block and you have the option to hide the title like here: http://screencast.com/t/keYkGFP3XJ
