How to remove duplicate categories?

You can filter what categories appear in the ajax filter like so:
1 – every category has an id. It can be seen here: http://screencast.com/t/MQpOULohV
You need to make a list of these id’s corresponding to the categories you want the filter to show.
2 – place these category id’s in the ajax filter box separated by comma: http://screencast.com/t/xKmrepAu1G4

Now the filter will show only your specified categories: http://screencast.com/t/YvAM9en8D
