Hi,

The HOT NEWS and MOST POPULAR articles are set in Appearance > Widgets hot news -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3evRntI2HNPo you can remove from there or you can set a a different sidebar for posts/pages -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
