How to remove pre-installed category from demo

Hi,
I’m using one of the demos and setting it up on my staging site. There are quite a few categories that came with the demo that I don’t want. How do you remove a category?

Hi,

The demo categories can be removed just like any normal WordPress categories

The blocks and other elements can then be configured to display posts from your own created categories
