The ids are a bit different then the name of the css file for a specific plugin or for the theme. In order to work you need to use this ids as it’s indicated in our documentation, and also make sure that the Speed Booster plugin is active.

Please consider that Speed Booster it’s an optional plugin meant to improve the site’s page-speed but its usage require good php knowledge. Following our guide you should be able to move successfully move the css/js resources from header to footer.
