How to remove this module from single post

That is an author box in the sidebar of the post, a widget. Edit the post and check which sidebar it’s using

Sidebars can be edited in Appearance->Widgets – https://www.screencast.com/t/6UzpARnF
They can be created from multiple places, you can have as many as needed

Also be sure to take note of the primary category setting

With it you can control all the post sidebars in a category, at once.
