How to set fixed footer BG?

In the header I have style 3 where the menu width is fixed bot the footer background is full width and I don’t feel it fits the header.

So I want the footer background and subfooter fit the width like the top of the site.

Please check the settings from Newspaper>Theme panel>Templates settings > Force full width
