How to Speed My Website by 100/100 on Google Speed Test

Hi!
i am using all the recommended plugins https://imgur.com/1FNfqEy
I am uploading featured image full dimension size (1068×710).
Image size lower than 50 kb (after compressed).
Activated cdn as mentioned in tutorial.

i completed all step- as mentioned on this “link”
1. Enabling Gzip compression
2. Set the Leverage Browser Caching
3. Optimize images
4. Use a cache plugin (WP Super Cache)
5. Plugin Load Optimization (not finished yet)
6. Removing Emojis
7. Removing other scripts
8. Remove Scripts by Jetpack
9. Mobile theme optimization
10. Preload Newspaper fonts

now i tested page speed. see the screenshots.
Please let me know how may i fix these below mentioned issues.

2. Reduce unused CSS (very important)
3. Avoid an excessive DOM size (very important)

2. Reduce unused CSS (very important)
3. Properly size images
4. Reduce unused JavaScript (very important)
5. Ensure text remains visible during webfont load (very important)

Also tell me what dimension of image exactly i need to use as featured image and then i will regenerate them.
and how much kb/mb size of a featured image is best for image optimization.
