How to Stop Smart List Title Tag Putting a Number Next to Every Sub Header

Hey guys,

So I’m using the smart list feature on some of my blog posts.

I generally apply the feature to the h3 tag as my lists usually fall under a h2 heading.

But how can I apply the smart list numbers to just the list section of my article and not to every h3 tag on the page?
