how to update newspaper theme

showing Theme update available in wordpress dashboard then how to update newspaper theme while i don’t want to change my existing Customization.

Hi,

Please read this tutorial about the theme update

If you made modifications to the theme files directly, these will be lost. Everything else like theme panel settings will not be affected. Consider making a backup before you update as instructed in the guide, just to be safe.
