I am running into an issue where hyperlinks are not working. When I publish the post, all hyperlinks become the normal text and unable to show the URLs/ links when I click.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and purge cdn files if you use it. Then test your links again.

Hi,
I followed your instructions and it worked after a few tries. When the hyperlink was included in the post, it would automatically become a normal link text. However, it would get back as hyperlink when I posted it again. So it took at least 2-3 times posting back and forth to make it working. Do you have any ideas about this problem? Your advice is highly appreciated.

It could be a caching issue. Please check your cache plugin and make sure you only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
We have no reports of such issues until now so I cannot provide a precise answer. Try to only use the tested and recommended plugins and disable everything else: http://screencast.com/t/xQfxlyaIaF3H
