I am losing my 7 Years of work, Please help the TagDiv Standard Plugin Crash, I am unable to do anything. I tried all the trouble shoot and I stayed over the phone with Hosting company for 6 hours but nothing can fix. finally discovered that when I turn on this plugin website crashed and this msg showed up.

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or that contact with the database server at db769928273.hosting-data.io could not be established. This could mean your host’s database server is down.
Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure the database server is running?
when I disable it, this plugin website comes back.
I restored the database from the previous days, but nothing happened. All the time same issue. Please please help me I am losing my google news listing as well. here are the username and password for the website.

Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; deactivate the cache plugin that you use, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Set your php version 7.4. Make sure that all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Thank you for your quick reply. I did the steps as you said, and It still has the same error. I deactivated all the plunging and just activated the TagDiv ones, but still once I activated the TagDiv Standard Pack, I got this error.
“Error establishing a database connection.”
Also The PHP I switch back to 7.4
So please if you people have time just take a look I shared the user and password. Please I am losing my job.

Thank for your reply. but I am repeating these steps from last 3 days. and only I got stuck with when tagdiv standard plugin I turn on. Please please can you check once your self. Plz I did these all I am not coming to you now but I did my research 3 days and then comes back.
