When creating a new post one of my editors is not able to add a title to a post. So, she doesn’t have any access to put the title of the article. I have a printscreen of it. It seems the format is minimalized.
When I loggin with my own account (also as editor) I do have the option to add a title.
What can be the problem? Thanks for your reply in advance.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please provide some more details and some screenshots with this problem.
