I Can't activate Slider Revolution

I just purchased the Newspaper theme and having issues activating Slider Revolution after successful installation on my development machine. I’m getting this error message: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
My dev environment is IIS 10 under Windows 10 Pro

Hi,

So this happens only when activating the revolution slider plugin? Try deleting it and reinstall it. Maybe the requirements of the plugin are not met

Try increasing the memory to 256M if possible – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Also try and use this version, the latest version has some issues with Gutenberg
