I can't create another Widget SideBar

Hi to everyone!
I’m using “New Hub” Theme. I set up a WidgetSidebar that contains a telegram widget. The widgetsidebar bar is the only way that I found to insert a widget. Now I’m trying to set up another widget that I need with diferent widgets inside.

¿There is another way to insert widgets on the main page? I saw this documentation, https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ that able to create another sidebar that I might use to select on WidgetSidebar I suppose, but the “custom side bar position” doesn’t appear.

If you want to create the sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets and set the sidebar on pages, using the element from tagDiv Composer, Widget sidebar https://i.imgur.com/e1FPdYU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/q20UCZf.png
