I’m sharing the screenshot of the problem. I’m trying to edit the content of the column text but I can’t edit it. The edit box appears and with an empty box, does not even show the previous content. I can write on the box but there is no way the content is getting reflected on the main container.

I think you will have a 403 or 404 error, so please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-for-text-with-title-and-column-text-not-updating-content/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, clear/purge all cache.

The issue has been resolved by deactivating and then reactivating the “TagDiv Composer” plugin. Not only was the problem affecting the “column text,” but also other elements accessed through TagDiv Composer’s internal window, such as “Generate Critical CSS.” Reactivating the plugin successfully resolved the problem.
