When I click the Newspaper – theme panel – ADS,and click any of the tab such as Header ad ,sidebar ad,there is nothing happened,I can’t open any of them.
Please help me.

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, please check if you use the last version WordPress 5.6 with a last theme version Newspaper 10.3.9.1(if you have a theme version older, than NewsPaper 10.3.9 and you have the latest WP version 5.6, tagDiv Composer not work)
