Ensure that your system status is increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Notice that all your data is loaded in your database. You will lose the content if you will disable the demo and all of your content has been edited from the dummy content. Otherwise, all of your data is loaded in your database and you do not lose the data/settings.

so you mean I can uninstall the theme, and then install it again, and still get the same setting and result as before uninstalling?

Yes. All the settings should have to be loaded in your database. Also, for each theme update, you should use the FTP way because this is the surest method in this case.
