I could not “save setting” on translantions in Newspaper – Theme panel.
I set maximum uploading size to 100MB but it doesnt work.
Could you tell me how to solve it?

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

I did do what you said to me however its like the screenshot.
On this custom page of translation, it doesnt allow me to save.

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
