I could not update the latest version to 4.1 from 4.0

I tried to update the latest version but Envoto plugin not responding and it is idle. Any idea?

Notice that we only recommend using the FTP way for theme installing/updating because this is the surest method in this case. For more information about this way, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
