What happened to the individual support that used to be available? This is the option I have? Is to ask a question on here? The last theme I downloaded, I had help from a support agent in a private thread. They gave me instruction on how to download the theme. I just forget how to do it. I need help with that

Connect to your account on themeforest and go to downloads, the on the download button of the product select “all files documentation”.
