I’m volker from germany and I need your help. I use your software newspaper for a long time. I use it with the combination with the plugin from imagely for the e-commerce for pictures. After seven month, I upload new pictures and see the following problem:

This and all other database with e-commerce are not running. After we discus with the support of imagery, they proofed by wordpress an via FTP, I get the following answer.
Please can you check and give me a note? I work with both systems together for a long time, without any problems.

I’ve checked your website error’s log and I can see that there is an error with a plugin developed by your theme called TagDiv Standard Pack.

Unfortunately as you can see in our support policy too: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/ The untested plugins like the one you use are not covered by us. Unfortunately if there is a plugin between TagDiv and a 3rd party we cannot help you with this. I can suggest you to try and reinstall the tagDiv Standard pack plugin.
