I’m not sure and I would want to have a look at my website how it looked befóre the update. Can someone help me how I can see how my website looked before I updated Newspaper?
Website: https://goo.gl/fXywhF
Same problem here: completely messed up:
I have both tagdiv and wpbakery activated, but this page only used wpbakery and still messed up. Same with other pages
You would just have to reupload the last version of Newspaper theme you had along with the plugins. If you keep each version, it’ll be no problem to reupload over the new version. They just released a bug fix version yesterday so if you’ve not gotten that, it might be your solution.
Hello,
I see you already updated to the latest version and I do not see any “messed up” content. I think you forgot initially to update the theme plugins as well. This is a very important step after each update.
Let us know if you still face issues with the new update.
Thank you!
Dear Bogdan,
(second link)The reason you don’t see messed up content is because you don’t know how it looked first. This is TOTALLY wrong and ugly compared to how it was. Could you perhaps see how it was first somehow and then see the huge difference. This is not how I made this page with wpbakery.
(first link)This is the homepage and this also was completely messed up. I had to re-do it and still I think there are some things different than how it was first. When you scroll down you see the 3 facebook video’s next to each other with white space and that was not how it was first I think. Do you know/can tell how I can see how this page also was in the past before the update?
Please help…every time I update something I have to work hours to fix it because I’m not a developer or wp builder….
Hi,
Seems to look and function correctly at the moment from what I can see

Should I check something anywhere specific? Let me know.
Thanks
Sorry for the late response. I’m home late from work and completely tired. I just updated everything and the complete website (except homepage) is completely messed up. Not to sound harsh, but just because you see pictures doesn’t mean it’s not messed up…
Can you see what the problem is, because I only have a thousand issues with Newspaper. Never with Divi or other themes. I think it has to do something with your pagebuilder and that of WP Bakery that are causing the problems. Maybe setting of WPbakery I don’t know. Please help.
https://www.perfectkickboxing.com/kickboxing-agenda-2019/ (completely fucked up and the most important part of my website. Perhaps go to history of how this page looked and you can see this is wrong. You can’t even see the picture it’s completely zoomed in)
https://www.perfectkickboxing.com/kickboxing-organizations/ (same here, completely fucked up with the images and zoomed in. Must be something wrong with WP Bakery and it was AFTER the update…)
https://www.perfectkickboxing.com/male-kickboxing-champions/ (Do I need to say more…)
More pages are messed up after the update and I have a company looking at it any time soon for ads. please help me ASAP. I will bring my laptop to work Monday, so I can reply quicker.
Webshop seems fine and I only use your pagebuilder here: https://shop.perfectkickboxing.com/
Really think it has something to do with the 2 pagebuilders causing problems even though I only use 1 pagebuilder per page like you guys said.
I found a screenshot of how the agenda page is supposed to look like: https://www.dropbox.com/s/joe4jcymlw3fs9t/%283%29%20Kickbox%20Agenda%20November%202017.png?dl=0
By the way. The problems are at almost all pages, please help ASAP once again.
Hello Bogdan,
I also did the update and renewed and enabled the deactivated plugins. All subpages of my website (not yet active) can be visited and are visible. Only my homepage so the first page is not visible. Only the header with navigation bar is Visible, the lower part (Blocks etc) is just not visible. I used the theme “Local News.” Cache has been deleted several times already, I feel like there is something missing in the update.
I failed to see there are issues with the single images. Single image elements placed in pages with WPBakery may display and function incorrectly, when both the tagDiv composer and WPBakery are active. This is known and will be fixed in the next theme update. A fix is provided in this topic, for the time being
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/single-image-widget-settings/
Sorry for this inconvenience. Let me know if you have more questions.
Are you fucking kidding me???? You FAIL TO SEE issues with the single images!!!!!!!
GO to the freaking links and say that your eyes fail to see whats wrong!! Do you truly believe that my fucking pages are supposed to look like that.
Take a good f*cking look at how this page is supposed to look at here please: https://www.dropbox.com/s/joe4jcymlw3fs9t/%283%29%20Kickbox%20Agenda%20November%202017.png?dl=0
And then take a very good F*cking look at here: https://www.perfectkickboxing.com/kickboxing-agenda-2019/
Also in god sake look at this gay ass page and look in a mirror and tell yourself that this is a very good page:https://www.perfectkickboxing.com/male-kickboxing-champions/
Every f*cking time I update this crappy shit ass theme my websites messes up and this time you guys even dare to respond so late and when you respond ”you fail to see’where the problem is. Make this crappy ass shit theme work properly.
I have this shitte website for more over a week and you or anyone else is not helping. If you guys can just fucking help that would be great. And dont you dare to give some shitty ass link and say there is an answer. I want my answer chewed out and spit right in my mouth, thats how easy I want it.
Ghetto ass theme
In the mean time the fix is to download this file – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/tdc_map.zip and replace it in the tagDiv composer
– http://prntscr.com/nikwre
I dont understand this. be more specific. wtf is this shit.
Im not going to fucking copy and paste every link again. Read all the previous posts I posted and the links. I want every page working properly. I paid for this shit. It’s my shit and I want my shit to be as shitty as it was and not more shittier. Try to see the problem this time please.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a nice day.
Sorry again for the inconvenience, and thank you for the kind words. The fix is to replace a file from the composer with the one from our CDN, that is why I provided it.
Follow this path to the file that needs to be replaced – https://prnt.sc/nikwre with the one you download from the CDN.
Starting from the next theme update the problem with the single images will be fixed permanently.
Maybe you could have restored a backup when noticing this problem, due to the holiday period and some days off, also the high volume of support, our replies may be delayed. Just a suggestion. Let me know if you have more questions.
How do I replace that????????? I’m not THAT technical why would I otherwise spend MY money on a WordPress theme… Explain it noob proof. No idea what that picture is doing.0%.
When is the next theme update?? Just release one now fixing this issue please.
I had a back up, but thought you guys were smart enough to either help me or fix it. Guessed it wrong…2 weeks and it seems it’s going to be at least 3 weeks at this rate.
Got any tips to fix this without that file replacing or a back up? I already have written over my back up with new backups. I don’t like replacing files like that which I understand 0%. Also don’t know what to do with that file when the theme gets an update and its working properly again.
And no problem for the kind words
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login as well as cPanel or FTP. We will do what is needed to fix the single image issue. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Can you tell me what you will do EXACTLY? You only tell me to send my password to you. I would like to know exactly what will be done?
If you are going to change anything or add/delete anything I would want to know 100% exactly what has been changed.
You also said this will be fixed with the new theme update. Will the changes/addings/deletings you apply now have to be reversed when the update is ready?
