How long does it takes to install a demo? Ive waited for a hour but still not done

Usually this is taking 1-2 minutes but not more.
Do you got some messages during the demo installation? Or did you saw some errors in console?
When you tried to install the theme you were using only the theme plugins?
Did you made the theme requirements?
