I want to change these texts. Could you tell me how it’s change?

I think, the ones that exist on the sidebar you can change from:
Appearance -> Widgets (change widget titles)

The ones on the home page you have to go to “Pages” and edit the page marked as “Front Page” in there edit the blocks titles.

I think that’s all.
