Hello
Since a few hours the font in the icon box does not load as its supposed to be. When I`m in the tagdiv composer editor the font appears correct, but after saving it changes into some kind of default font (see homepage in the header-section: https://uplus.froehlich.ch). Why is that and how can I change it to the font I want.

Make sure you have the latest update of the theme(11.4.2) and plugins too.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did exactly like you told: update theme and plugin, clear cache, deaktivate plugins etc but nothing has changed. When I click on a post, the problem disappears (https://uplus.froehlich.ch/2020/06/22/blitzschutzanlagen-im-fokus/), the problem only excists on the homepage. Do you have any other solutions?
