Please provide your website URL and some useful screenshots with the problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. If you are referring to the Mega Menu images, you should download it again the theme version from Theme Forest and installed it via FTP way and check the results. That issue has been fixed.

Is there a way we can update the theme using the Envato Market instead? Updating using FTP will erase all the codes we already inserted on the theme.

Please notice that we only recommend the FTP way for theme updating if you want a proper theme functionality. The Envato Market plugin seems to be problematic and that’s why we do not recommend using it.
