Im Getting An Error

On my website at the top of the page I am getting an error stating:

Warning: Use of undefined constant REQUEST_URI – assumed ‘REQUEST_URI’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/earnsave/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php on line 73

Hi,

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please check if the WP-debug is set to false in the WP-config file, then check if the warnings are removed.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
