I'm having problem with the theme, please support

Hello I’m facing serious problems with my site, it just is not accepting the theme of the site ..
The home page is white, I’ve reinstalled and it did not work.

Can somebody help me?

Hello jbrenno,

Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version if you want to bring best theme results. I suggest you making a fresh install from scratch via FTP way, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ because this is the surest method in this regard. Increase your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Use only the plugins which are tested with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
