I’m not able to edit the template through drag and drop, or even delete or add components, it’s frozen.

I think that this error is the problem : “Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”

I have the same problem and have not been able to fix it.

Hello!

For this error you can check our guide from here at point 5: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exists.
