Image # cannot be loaded

Hi,

I have some images that cannot be loaded with lighbox
Exemple here with the first image but not the others

There is a problem with general modal image in theme panel, please make sure that you deactivate it -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Nx6YmhF0
After that check to see if the image is set like in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/

This problem will be fix in the coming update.

ok it’s fix in the new version but still issue with TD Mobile plugin

Hi,

So if I understand correctly you want to have the desktop version on mobile, so in this way you’ll have the light box effect on images, if is so and you are using the responsive version of the theme, this should work without problems, but please notice that if you are using the mobile theme you’ll need to use the new option for the responsive content on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
