Image insertion problems

Good morning,
I find the following problems:
– If I try to optimize the various custom ADs, they will no longer be visible in the theme
– Being simple images, not google adv, then I try to insert them as images, but I get cut and grainy.

I have already disabled WP Bakery page builder

Hi Catalin,
unfortunately, the site is still offline. I’m trying to add an image in a column of the home, in practice it seems to reduce it to 150×150 (while originally it is 350 x250).

There is not even this measure in the list of thumbnail creations.

Hi Catalin,
I had already tried to change all those settings but the result is upstream, the image is reduced to 150 x150 px.
