Hi guys,
About 12 hours about the images on the WordPress are of our website suddenly disappeared, they are no longer in the image gallery and the feature images are not showing.
The menu links are also now not working.
The view counters are also not working and as a result all the modules associated with it e.g. Popular, etc are now working.

I replied you to another topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/thumbs-and-feature-image-suddenly-not-showing/ Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

I have already done this, its still not working properly.
I am also getting this error message for the theme:
“Broken Theme: Template is missing.
Premium wordpress template, clean and easy to use.”
Please advise.

Hello TuNguyenUK,
Please try to make a fresh install and trying to run the system only with Visual Composer. I recommend you doing a fresh install via FTP by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Your settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Simply download the latest version of the theme again and install it directly and see if your fonts work.

I have already tried the fresh install method, the site is currently running of a fresh installation.
I then deactivated all the plugins, however it did not seem to have solved anything.
