i have a news/blog site, i am feeding my images from a aws large FS bucket, some of my images do not load until i open the post that it belongs and then reload the page and it is using style=”background-image: url(‘https://hetrodox.wpenginepowered.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/assets/images/no-thumb/td_696x0.png’)” as the image.

Did you set up a featured image? https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
