The issue is caused by some settings from the LiteSpeed cache plugin, so please disable the option like Add Missing Sizes, please disable it.

I’m still working to find out where to clear the object cache. I simply deleted the object cache file and it recreated, but the image issue persists. I’ve also now lost my megamenu links and dropdowns on rvtravellife.com, if that is any kind of clue. Any other ideas?

Please do a test using only tagdiv plugins, without any plugin for cache and check after. I think that you have a plugin conflict.

In the process of creating a staging site to check the plugins, but the images do render correctly when editing TagDiv composer.
Hosting company has confirmed we are not using any object cache.
Does that give you any other ideas?

Found it. For your reference it was the Autoptimizer plugin causing the issue.
