Images not showing on home page, etc – no plugins nor mods on site

Hi

For some reason, images are not displaying on the home page, nor the category pages.
I have searched this forum, and learned I should deactivate all plugins, which I did even though the only plugin installed is visual composer.

NO PLUGINS ARE ACTIVE

Also, I have made zero modifications to the theme, it’s 100% right out of the box,
except for the home page made in VC.

The theme is also not showing the front page thumbnail of any youtube videos
that I have created video posts for..

I am having the same issue… Just chiming in to here what you are told..
