When I insert a “block 15” some of the images in the block are different sizes, even though the images I have set as “featured images” are all cropped to 1920×1080. How do I make all the images in the block appear in the same size?

Hello Soeren91,
Ensure that your thumbnails are enabled from Theme Thumbs from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ Also, try to regenerate them using the Force Regenerate plugin and Thumbnail Regenerate, clear all the caches and check the results.
