Dear users
For my WP site i’m looking for a way that uploaded images are optimised compressed for the Newsmag theme.
Some images are only used in Nextgen gallery.
I use Smush plugin but I think that for every image i’m uploading he crops 7 different ones. Ok for loading this is better but I use way ore hosting space.
What would you guys recommend as a plugin to do this and what are the recommended settings in Newsmag?

Our theme is creating thumbs too, we recommend to enable only the thumbs you are using -> https://i.imgur.com/OaIJeXI.png
Also we do not tested the Smush plugin with our theme, therefore we can not make any recommendation for this plugin, all I can do is to provide this documentation -. https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/smush/

Final question: Is there an Easy way to know what blocks / styles , templates I use ? or do I need to find this on all different posts/pages/settings ?

Unfortunately our theme do not have a system to display the elements set/use in your website.
