Please delete the code from the header file or other files where you added.
If the code needs to be added in the head, then you need to add it to the Theme Panel -> Analytics/JS code in head -> https://i.imgur.com/UypAKbc.png

1. to allow users comments on posts
2. allow users to become contributors and thereafter users can post articles in relevant categories.
3. create a registration page where user can register to become a contributor.

1. You need to add the Single Post Comments element in the single post template, and also, you have set to allow the comments on the posts, edit the post and in a post is a setting -> Discussion => https://www.screencast.com/t/EZhoy8Uj -> https://i.imgur.com/IgNyFa9.png
2. You can only let the subscriber roles, and you can use a post frontend submission for posts to have the register option. You can find more details here https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/
