While trying to import cloud template it throws Error at zones 7(models):0(dom). etc… and installing of template never get completed tried cltr+z and other solutions mentioned on some of the question raised on the forum by other user but nothing worked.

First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exists.

Note that the errors are displayed at the time of importing a Cloud template itself so therefore cannot be related to anything added to the cloud template – in other words, we are seeing the error before we have the opportunity to modify the cloud template
