Hi,

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
Also, please provide some screenshots and if you have any errors.

As per our theme status i have completed all requirements but still not showing demo install option, Also follow the documentation

Also, please let me know what demo you want to install and if with content or without content.
